Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information TrackJCEX (trackjcex.com, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects when you visit our website or use our JCEX package tracking tool, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this website you agree to the practices described below.
Independent service notice: TrackJCEX is an independent tracking website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by JCEX (Jiacheng Express) or any other carrier. Shipment data is retrieved through third-party tracking services.

1. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to run, secure and improve this website:
- Tracking numbers you enter. When you use our tracker, the tracking number (and the carrier, if you choose one) is processed to retrieve shipment status. We do not ask for your name, home address or payment details in order to track a package.
- Contact information. If you email us or use our contact form, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message.
- Usage and device data. Like most websites, our servers and analytics tools may record your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, the pages you visit, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.
- Comments. If comments are enabled on a page or post and you leave one, we collect the name, email address and IP address you submit, along with your browser user agent, to help detect spam.
- Cookies and similar technologies. See the Cookies and analytics section below.
2. How we use your information
- To show you shipment status and delivery updates for the tracking number you enter.
- To respond to your questions and support requests.
- To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve our guides, tools, page speed and search performance.
- To protect the website against spam, abuse, fraud and security threats.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Tracking numbers and tracking services
To display shipment progress, the tracking numbers you submit are sent to a third-party tracking service provider (17TRACK), which returns carrier information such as status and delivery events. That provider processes the tracking number under its own privacy policy. A tracking number is not a personal identifier by itself, but it can be linked to a specific shipment, so we recommend not sharing screenshots of your tracking results publicly.
To keep the site fast and reduce repeated requests, we may temporarily cache tracking results. Cached results are not used to build profiles about you.
4. Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use the following categories:
- Essential cookies that keep the site working and secure.
- Analytics cookies. We use Google Analytics (through Google’s tag) to measure traffic and understand which pages are useful. Google may set cookies and collect data such as your IP address, device information and pages viewed. We also use Google Search Console to see how our pages perform in search results.
- Fonts. Our pages may load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser can connect to Google servers and Google can receive your IP address.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Learn how Google handles data in the Google Privacy Policy. Blocking some cookies may affect parts of the site.
5. Third-party services
We rely on trusted service providers, who process data only as needed to provide their services:
- Web hosting (Hostinger) – hosts the website and keeps server logs.
- Tracking data (17TRACK) – returns shipment status for the tracking numbers you submit.
- Analytics and search (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Fonts).
- Security and backups – security tools may process IP addresses to block malicious traffic, and backup tools store copies of website data.
6. Your privacy rights
Visitors from the EEA, UK and Switzerland. Where data protection law applies, we process personal data based on our legitimate interests (operating, securing and improving the website), your consent where required, and legal obligations. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, to request a portable copy, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California residents. You may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@trackjcex.com. We may need to verify your request and will respond within the time required by law.
7. Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here. Contact messages are kept while we handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards; analytics data is retained according to our analytics settings. We use reasonable technical measures such as HTTPS encryption and a website firewall to protect the site, but no method of transmission or storage on the internet is completely secure.
8. International data transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
9. Children’s privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law requires), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Links to other websites
Our pages may link to carrier, marketplace or other third-party websites. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Please review it periodically.
